All of our orders are handmade with love in our UK studio, which means they take a little bit more time and attention to create for you.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for all items to be handmade and posted. Once made, our items are packaged with love and posted on a 24 hour service (weekend and bank holiday delays can apply). International deliveries will vary on destination.
Need your order faster? We offer a fast track production service for an extra £10.00 where your order will be prioritised and made within 4 working days. From this we will then ship your order, postage costs as detailed below. However if you need your order for a certain date please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once your item is sent you will be emailed a tracking number. All our items are shipped with Royal Mail, please use https://www.royalmail.com/business/track-your-item#/ to track your items.
If you have missed your parcel please contact your local depot with your tracking number as it might be waiting for you. If for any reason the item has been shipped back to us, we will require another p&p cost to be paid before resending.
In the unlikely event that a parcel has gone missing, we will remake your items as soon as possible and reship to you.
If any customs or import charges are applied during shipping, all customers are responsible for these fees. Also we are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

All of our items are handmade-to-order with love. Please bear in mind that each piece is slightly different with pattern placement as everything is cut by hand, so each item is totally unique. Due to this reason we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an item has been started or specific fabric ordered.
